This will be attained through the utilization of the most efficient, competent, seasoned, and experienced health care providers in their various fields of discipline.

The stigma of pain and suffering prevalent in the aura of a traditional hospital should be converted into a more pleasurable experience of comfort, tender and loving care through homeliness under the atmosphere of “home away from home” without sacrificing excellence.

The delivery of all the services is a responsibility of all employees and their efficiency is continually upgraded through continuous skills enhancement, operation of new medical equipment, computerization of procedures, and access to the Internet.

MFH continues to meet the needs of the city and province for high-quality health care, while containing costs that have risen with national and global trends. It presently employs over 50 individuals composed of medical and business professionals as well as working students. It maintains the largest body of accredited physicians and specialists of any hospital in the province.
